Parking (Parking pass required)
Free parking available at the University of Alberta Lot 'C' (enter off 112th Street & 86th Avenue) but cannot be guaranteed after the registration deadline. Overflow parking may be assigned by parking attendant.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing along with the original receipt of payment before April 30, 2002 and will be subject to a $30.00 processing fee. No refunds will be considered after April 30, 2002. The University of Alberta reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient registration, or circumstances beyond our control.

Reimbursement of Registration Fees (AMA)
Physicians may be eligible for reimbursement of registration fees and expenses to attend this course
