| Accreditation and Study Credits The Division of Continuing Medical Education at the University of Alberta is fully accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Schools (CACMS) and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) of the United States to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. Cancellation/Refund Policy Cancellations must be received in writing along with the original receipt of payment before September 27, 2001 will be subject to a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be considered after September 27, 2001. The University of Alberta reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient registration, or circumstances beyond our control. |

If you do not have Hospital Reciprocal Parking Pass please park in Public Parking at Main Entrance (Southside) of Hospital. Bring your parking stub to the registration desk and you will be given a pre-paid Exit Ticket Pass. |
