Congratulations on your acceptance to the University of Alberta, one of the most renowned universities in Canada. It will be a great pleasure to have you among us here.

BSAUA (Bangladeshi Students Association of University of Alberta) is an officially registered, voluntary organization of Bangladeshi students, postdoctoral and research fellows and alumni at the University of Alberta. Currently, we have over 200 members and their families.

This association was created with a vision that it will provide a common platform for overseas Bangladeshi students to come closer as a community for collective welfare and promoting socio-cultural activities. We coordinate and organize activities such as sports, picnics, parties, traditional holiday ceremonies, seminars and cultural activities.

Many new students and researchers experience cultural differences or difficulties to initial adoption in their first few weeks in Canada. With the help of BSAUA, you may alleviate such discomforts and be able to concentrate on your study or research.
