My research is focused on the application of medical image understanding and the foundation of technical-computing tools for high-dimensional data. I am particularly interested in research that articulates the links between these two foci. Currently, at NIH, I am developing computer-aided diagnosis tools that use deep learning to automatically detect disease from CT scans.
