WebMail Browser Test.

One of the following web browsers is required to navigate the WebMail site:
  • Netscape 3.0 (or above), with the JavaScript option enabled.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (or above), with the Active Scripting option enabled.
Javascript and Cookies MUST be enabled in order to use WebMail.

You are using:

(If the text box below says "NOT Enabled", then the next line will contain only the words "Browser Name:")
  • Browser Name:
  • Javascript or Active Scripting availability:
  • Cookies:

If you have not been immediately redirected WebMail, then one of three things is true:

  • The box on the "Javascript or Active Scripting availability:" line says "NOT Enabled", which means you either do not have javascript capability or you have it turned off. It also means we were unable to determine which browser you are using, since we depend on javascript to get that information.

  • You have disabled the accepting of cookies to your browser. If this is the case, the text box beside 'Cookies' above will read "NOT Enabled".

Or, if you do have Javascript or Active Scripting capability, then:

  • You have a browser that is neither Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, or you have a version that is below Netscape 3 or Internet Explorer 4. If this is the case, then the the browser name and version appears above.

If you have the wrong browser, the wrong version, or are unable to use Javascript/Active Scripting or cookies, then feel free to contact the CNS help desk at 492-9400. Be sure you have this page handy as a reference for the Help Desk Analyst.
