RULE l:
Aim the funnel at the target. Keep it so aimed throughout the
experiment.
RULE 2:
At each drop, move the funnel from its last position to compensate
for the last error.
RULE 3:
Move the funnel from the target to compensate for the last error.
RULE 4:
At drop n, set the funnel right over the n-1 drop.
